We offer free shipping on orders over $75 — because good boys (and girls) deserve good deals.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after you place it. Processing times may run a little longer during peak periods (think: the days leading up to Halloween, when we're busier than a dog at the dog park).

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order's out the door, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you picked at checkout.

Order Updates
We'll send your tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can watch it make its way to you — almost as excitedly as your dog watches the front door.
